Anyway - we have a deposit on a nice block of land in a new estate in NW Sydney. Design rules for the estate says that fences between properties must be a lappped and capped hardwood fence. I've searched through a lot of websites - but none have an indication of price. Anyone have a rough idea how much per metre installed? (Both hubby and I are terribly un-handy) The fence will be about 45m long (straight line) We really wanted a Garden Wall System fence - but alas, not allowed!
