Hi everyone - long time reader, first time poster!
Anyway - we have a deposit on a nice block of land in a new estate in NW Sydney. Design rules for the estate says that fences between properties must be a lappped and capped hardwood fence.
I've searched through a lot of websites - but none have an indication of price. Anyone have a rough idea how much per metre installed? (Both hubby and I are terribly un-handy) The fence will be about 45m long (straight line)
We really wanted a Garden Wall System fence - but alas, not allowed!
Thanks in advance

Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes.
