Thought I'd show you some of my hibiscus that are doing great. This garden is about 5 or 6 months old I think? Maybe 7 or 8?
Anyway these are the flowers of the rose mallow or hibiscus moscheutos
The plant is absolutly loaded with buds and should keep flowering as long as it stays warm.
That is a dinner plate too by the way

The white one is bigger than a side plate.
in the background is a cuban variety of hibiscus. the mulch is green tree waste and doesn't blow anywhere, no matter how strong the wind. These get water twice a week and so does the garden via subsurface irrigation. There are some micro sprays but that is because we are in a fire prone area and they are good security
