Gday,
has anyone had any experience using the plants i have chosen in the attached (very rough and hard to read) garden plan?? the beds are raised rendered brick planter boxes that are about 600mm high and they face west and they will be mulched with ash so the zoysia can still spread. there is a house shot to show you where it all fits in. house is in nth brisbane
basically the list is as follows (if no one can read the attachments)
Raised Beds
Pandanus pedunculatus (pandanus palms) green P
Furcraea foetida (mauritius hemp) yellow star
Alcanterea imperialis "peter Tristram" (full sun bromeliad - massive)(purple cross)
Neoregelia "bossa nova" (bromeliad) (greeny cross)
Zoysia tenuifolia (throughout gardens)
Dianella brevipedunculata (behind pando in right side garden)
Cordyline fruticosa "negra"(black scribbles)
lomandra longifolia (mass planted in the front mulched garden bed)
Side garden (left if looking at house)
Wodyetia bifurcata
Cordyline fruiticosa "peter Buck"
Dianella brevipedunculata
anything i should be aware of when using these plants or any suggestions about what might not work are welcomed
all will be sourced from Stockade Nursery at Bellmere (fantastic place) and planting will start in a few weeks
