I'm getting worried about preparation of our block for building... There is a large retaining wall at the rear of our block that is going to either be VERY close to the building area, or will run into the building area. We intend to remove this retaining wall so as to reclaim for land for us, but I think we need to do it NOW before the builders start working so that we don't change the site. My question is, who can I get to quote this job, basically to excavate a quite large area, so roughly 2M high, by 10M wide, by 5M deep....also a rough cost to excavate and then build a retaining wall to our boundary fence??? What should I expect to pay! Help please, very new at this! Cheers Pete Hmmm, I have checked your past posts and it seems that you are in NSW, not WA as I had thought.
