From everyone's experience, what would you install?
Timber lapped and capped OR colorbond?

Many many years ago the rear timber fence fell down & was replaced with colorbond. We have a 2nd fence falling down (3rd fence not far off). Pricing around it seems timber is more expensive than colorbond, at least in my area (West-sydney), so we're leaning towards colorbond, though imo, timber looks nicer. That very much depends on location. In WA, for instance, the Developer would not be responsible for anything to do with fencing and it would be up to the person errecting… 7 2580  ask the surveyor for clarification would be the logical approach 1 21711 just talk to them, tell them it is unsightly and ask them for a solution.
