Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Nov 13, 2022 10:18 am Hi all,
After some advice on these brown dead patches in my sapphire buffalo lawn. It’s about 18 months old, laid on 150mm of under turf mix. I have had Coochie Hydrogreen look after it for 12+ months to try to improve colour and coverage, but no real improvement. Could you shed any light on what I can do to improve its appearance Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Sapphire buffalo turf help 3Nov 13, 2022 11:52 am Sorry, I’m in Brisbane QLD. We have two dogs, but this problem is not just where they wee. I don’t really water regularly, but do put the sprinkler on in it looks dry. I didn’t know I was mowing low? What’s the ideal height? Coochie should have been treating for fungus and I wouldn’t say I overwater, probably under if anything Re: Sapphire buffalo turf help 5Nov 13, 2022 2:02 pm aussieta Appreciate the comment, but Wouldn’t a low mow height evenly affect the whole lawn, not in patches? They using concrete or timber sleepers? Timber or steel uprights? Any drainage behind sleeper? 3 5931 Hi there, long-time lurker but first time posting. I've bought a house 2 and a bit years ago and last year we had some major water damage on a converted pergola area… 0 7951 Yes, unless you are in a low intensity rainfall area or the area is protected from rain. Do you have access to NCC Part 2 or can you download it? I can email you a copy… 10 12554 |
