Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Oct 26, 2021 8:08 pm Hi all, our handover date was 9-Sep-21 and we have a 3-month requirement to put up apron paving barriers, otherwise we 'may void slab warranty' and the Lifetime Structural Warranty. There is a new slab on one side of our house so our desired fencing then concreting job is not possible now, so to meet the 3-month date and in order to make do for the time-being, what's the cheapest option for an apron paving barrier? When the adjacent house is built, we intend to then rip it up this temporary apron to then build a fence and put in a concrete apron. And is this cheapest option completable by a completely novice DIYer like myself? Thanks, You are correct. Just read through all the ncc rules and 75mm is the minimum requirement for me. 4 11169 Hi, I had a barrier reef pool installed less that 2 years ago and the gel coat is already fading. The colour is electric grey shimmer which isn’t available… 0 3823 I’m not a structural engineer but I’m free. you still need an engineer for the plans. I only have part of your plans, but you seem to have a 850mm drop from the side… 3 9955 |
