Two of the blocks behind us have built their blocks up quite high without any retaining walls and we get allllll of their storm water run off, as well as whenever they water their lawn. The council doesn't seem to think its a problem at all. Is there a way I can manage it from my side...or I am at a loss of how to deal with the pool in my backyard. Countrybuilds I had the same sort of problem ,the neighbours had a big tank that would overflow Apparently Council don't see it as a problem I think the only way is to build a decent spoon drain and the divert it to a suitable stormwater outlet 7 6413 I had a similar issue with my fridge not too long ago.
