Transplanting due to Knock Down Rebuild

We will be doing a knock down and rebuild in Perth. We are on a 498 sqm block, the house is currently only 86 sqm (yep seriously..) and will be putting a 4x2.
There are some good established trees here which we would like to try and keep - a great orange tree, mandarin and some roses. The fruit trees are pretty big (3-4m).

Has anyone done similar? Was it successful or not?
Any contacts for arborists?

Ultimately we have to remove the orange tree, that's non-negotiable. We can move it to a position that will avoid the new house and build area, otherwise will give it to family (will save them jumping the fence all winter). It would be a waste to lose it.
