Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Dec 18, 2020 10:44 pm Hi Hopefully someone can give me some advice on how to rejuvenate this lawn? I’ll try attach some pics. Bought our first home a few months back and the previous owners looked after everything so well ... except the lawn. It’s a couch lawn that has a decent reticulation system but still seems really dry and brown in certain areas. I’m very new to the lawn game so please take it easy on me haha. Where should I start? Thanks in advance Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Hopeless lawn - advise please? 2Dec 21, 2020 3:32 pm I would recommend you consider ripping it up - and replacing it with a native verge garden. Native plants have come a long way in the last decade and there are some beautiful cultivars available. It's much lower maintenance and less water wastage. I am looking for someone who might have tackled a similar issue as me. I have a few rendered interior walls, the surface condition is hardly flat. I can see all the bumps… 0 5745 the leaves that are now underground go yellow, the tips that poke through photosynthesise and have chlorophyll, same reason they grow rhubarb in the dark. 5 2912 |
