We have 1m retaining wall on both sides & we want to attach fence bracket.
It is hard to remove top 2 concrete sleepers & bolt fence brackets, So We are thinking to weld fence bracket.
I want to know if anyone has done this kind of welding job?
Will there be any issues (rust of structure) due to wleding?
I have added photo here.
