We have three happy wanderers in our garden bed (in Melbourne) one is absolutely flourishing but the other two have been struggling ever since they were planted (18 months ago).
They seem to be dry and has some cobwebs on them in some spots, I have attached a few photos.
It's a shame as we love the colours so much and provides much needed screening.
Any advice/diagnoses would be much appreciated!

I should have mentioned, they are each planted around 2m apart in the same rasied garden bed.
I live about an hour from Melbourne in cold ballarat and this is my happy wanderer at the moment. It’s as happy as can be. The only thing it could be is maybe the soil isn’t very good and has too much clay ect or maybe the Cold weather has affected them. When you made the raised garden bed did you put good soil in it?. And another culprit for plants dying that I have had in the past is cats using the ground around the plant as their toilet spot and this makes the soil more acidic and burns the plant
