I went to the house today to find that an external site clean had been done, they came in with a bobcat and flattened out the back yard a little bit, got rid of a LOT of the weeds, which is good! (it was turning into a bit of a forest out there) BUT, all my roses are now GONE!!!
They were all along this fence... Hopefully that blue car gets out of its habit of parking in front of us too Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Oh and the tree sapling was saved! It's coming along nicely and sprouting some new branches Re: Plants I found at the house...sad update 42Dec 10, 2008 8:07 pm Wow! It all looks fantastic Donuts - i love your facade - it just fits in so perfectly
And your backyard is an awesome size - what are the dimensions? Your kids will love it! Sorry about the roses though My karma ran over your dogma Re: Plants I found at the house...sad update 43Dec 10, 2008 8:11 pm thanks bel! the yard is about 15.5m wide and around 10m from back of house to fence. It is a lot larger than we were imagining, that's why I thought you might be pleasantly surprised at yours once the back wall goes up! Re: Plants I found at the house...sad update 47Dec 11, 2008 9:17 am Sorry to hear about your roses. I have to say you have an excellant blank canvas for your backyard. Its a really nice space and your facade looks beautiful now everything is out of the way you can see it so clearly. You must be so happy. Re: Plants I found at the house...sad update 48Dec 11, 2008 9:34 am joles  About the weed.... I helped Mum in the garden once.... I pulled out all her flowers and left the weeds.... I didn't know the difference. The weeds were really, really pretty... and the flowers were really, really ugly.... hahahahaha!!!! I suppose your mum must be very upset seeing you pulled out all her "lovely" flowers?! Re: Plants I found at the house...sad update 49Dec 11, 2008 9:47 am mrs smith you are right! But I'll wait to see what happens when we move in before leaving any notes. It really isn't bothering us, other than I can't take a clear photo of my house
