We have built a retaining wall with a slotted agi pipe for drainage (covered with a sock) and then covered it with crushed rock. With the latest rain the water has just rushed through the pipe and out the bottom of the wall rather than draining away in the pipe. We're not sure why this has happened as it is angled to drain away to a drainage pipe but nothing is coming out of it.
