Essentially we have created a concrete bunker, shotcrete floor and walls with a bondek roof. Then regular concrete poured on the bondek for the top (used as a deck). For some reason when it hammers down with rain, water is seeping through on the internal walls... I'm just wondering what I can use to seal it up ... Is there some sort of expanding weather sealer or something I can caulk in? It seems to be sealed from the outside..
I'll attach some pics of the process.

Welcome to the forum
Check your certified construction and engineering drawings and details for a section marker
The engineering notes should mention Waterproofing
Unfortunately, Caulking is a temporary fix and won't last

You mention that you are using it as a deck.
What finish is on the top surface and is it completed yet?
