Cover gap between wardrobe and wall

Hi,

There is a small gap which has appeared between wardrobe and wall as shown in picture. Can i cover it somehow, don't want to screw in the wall because there is live wire near by.

Can i get some kind of fancy tape/filler/moulding from Bunnings/ebay to cover it.

the cupboard has bowed. Very good chance the wire for the switch is running up the wall. Remove the with plate to check, then screw below.
