I was hoping would have some knowledge around the floor drains in a outdoor entertaining area which I'm having an issue with. I purchased the house a few months ago and there is 2 drains towards the centre of an outdoor entertaining area and a 3rd storm water near the house which is also connected to the pool drain pipe. The issue I'm having is the 2 drains in the ent area both seem to overflow when it rains or I clean the tiles around them, this past weekend I lifted the grates and found they are full of pebbles which were used around the garden beds. I'm perplexed why that's the case as it almost seems intentional but I can see why they wont hold any water in them and over flow. The 3rd drain near the house has no issue thankfully. Any one out there with plumbing experience that has some advice?? Do I get my hands in there and start removing pebbles??
