I recently discovered a few cracks in brickwork outside of the house as in the photos. I am wondering who I should call for a good report and potential fixing. I read that it might be something to do with restumping or underpinning but I am not too sure.
The house was built with concrete stump in ~1979.
Any advices are welcomed please and thank you.

your home does not look badly damaged but you need to investigate the cause of the problem or it may get worse
If you are in Melbourne I can help you, otherwise get a good building consultant

Thank you for your answer building-expert.
I had a guy come and did some measurements within the house and also looked outside. He believes it is not too bad and is recommending jack and pack work only. Problems seem due to trees along the house and settlement.

Your gap is very small, obviously something to keep an eye on but I wouldn't worry.
Not worth spending money on, I've seen worse on new builds
