We recently had leaking from our balcony into our lounge room. We got waterproofer and tilers in but unfortunately they did a poor job and leaking is continuing. We can no longer get hold of the company so are taking this to consumer affairs. In the meantime we have got a waterproofer and tiler in to try and work out where the leak is coming from. He reckons it due to inadequate drainage from the balcony and also an improperly connected rainhead. We are getting plumbers in for quotes on the work but we’re wondering whether we should also get a builder in to try and definitely locate the leak. We don’t want to do cosmetic work and find out we still haven’t solved the problem. Any thoughts or guidance in this matter would be so much appreciated Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair Hi, I've got a brand new (2nd hand) Bosch Hydropower 16H tankless hot water heater.
