Unfortunately, we didnt get to request for the builder to make a provision for it during the planning and contract stage. Unless you are going back to back against an existing wet area where you can pick up water and drain it will be almost impossible to do it later. You usually need power as well for a kitchenette. All of the allowances need to be roughed in during construction.
