You can try partially driving a small screw into one end ( you can fill the hole later) and then using the claw part of a large pinch bar the pull them. Luke - re small brads, glad the 50 and 75mm nails holding my skirting boards on are not known as brads To get mine off I bought sort 30cm long slim wrecking bar from that place that starts with a B, and it has a very broad and thin face on it and slips down between the skirting board and if I pull it forwards, it levers off the bottom plate and gets the skirting away from the wall with no gyprock damage. I bought one the other day.
