How hard is it to remove a freestanding oven/stovetop to clean behind it? It's a gas/electric combo. Looking in the instruction book it looks like it should be installed with anti tilt brackets and also chains. Looking in the instruction book it looks like it should be installed with anti tilt brackets and also chains. It depends on whether the installer used a rigid or flexible gas pipe. The installation manual should say, and most reputable installers will follow those instructions to ensure certification. In any case, unless the installation was done before any surrounding joinery, the installer had to get it in there, so there should be some flexibility in getting is out far enough to clean behind.
