Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Apr 18, 2019 6:55 pm I have a 5 years old Rheem Lo Line solar hot water. Solar stopped working due to broken cable at the joint of roof sensor. The sensor is about 150mm long. Black cable was actually inside the sensor.
I contacted Rheem helpline but they refused to sell parts to public. Does anyone know where I can purchase the replacement near Hoppers Crossing, VIC? It's probably a standard thermocouple (pt1000 or similar) that you could wire back to the controller. If someone can identify it there is no need for an OEM part.
