Hi,
Recently bought a late 50s, clinker-brick style house in Melbourne. I took down some plasterboard on the ceiling and the paint was just peeling off. I think some of the paint may be lead-based.
I was wondering if anyone knew what material this would be and If I should be worried about sanding it/it containing asbestos? It feels like concrete. Behind it is a shared brick wall. It looks like it has been skimmed on.
Any input very much appreciated! Thanks,
