I have tried using spanner but it doesn’t grip nicely for me to make any progress. can this nozzle be removed? If so, how? I usually use a thin bit of rubber like an outlet washers for more grip. Try with your hands but you may need to use a pair of multigrips over the rubber being very careful not to sctratch the chrome off. It could also be a style that needs a plastic key like tool to unscrew from the bottom. Try speaking to the plumbing supplies like Reece or Tradlink.
