The old one was stuck in with silicon, which I don't like using because it has to be carefully scraped off. I installed the new one with the gaskets that came with it, and it leaked, so I removed it and added plumbers putty. it still leaks. The gaskets are in the right places. I don't want to overtighten the bottom nut in case I break the porcelain. Any suggestions? There is water getting into the ceiling, I expected to find some holes in the corrugated roof but there weren't any so I suspect that the roof drip edge is letting water… 0 2452 Hey guys, what’s everyone opinion on James Hardie linea direct fix to frame?
