It's on a standalone piece of concrete at the side of the house, and I've noticed over the last 3 years that the top of the tank has moved several inches away from the house. So, it looks like the outside edge of the concrete section is sinking into the dirt. So.....what would be my plan of attack here? Do some DIY underpinning by scooping out the soil and put some concrete under there to increase the pad size. Extend it out beyond the current footprint of the base.
