Each window sill typically has a crack through one of the mortar joins: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I don't know what type of render and paint finish was used, but this is what a chip out of the corner of the wall looks like up close ( the chip is about 2cm long) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ There is some other staining on the wall, so I'm thinking to paint it again, but what's the best approach to fix the cracks? Generally the brickwork on the front is divided up into reasonably small sections, with full-height openings for garage and front doors. There is a moderate amount of movement in the external paving though, so the ground is probably fairly reactive. 1 6627 Hi Alex, Thanks for the reply again.
