Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Sep 24, 2015 2:05 pm Hi All, I just thought I'd share a funny story about my handyman husband. We recently purchased a kit garage from http://www.mykitgarage.com.au and hubby was over the moon at the prospect of putting it together (life size meccano ). Hubby is a regular 'Do It Yourself' kind of guy (and a decent one too) but doesn't know the first thing about building a kit shed! Just like Ikea, it came BIG box, with instructions - but true to the male species hubby did not want to read the instructions and preferred to follow his instincts. Anyway to cut a long story hubby's instincts weren't so sharp but thankfully the company where we purchased offered building support to DIYers http://www.mykitgarage.com.au/help-build/. So if there are any other hubbies that want confidential construction support when installing a shed, contact MyKit Garage and ask for Matt. He will save you a lot of profanities....: ) P.S. Great product & pricing too... highly recommend MyKit Garage Re: How to DIY a Shed... 2Sep 24, 2015 4:00 pm shameless plug post.
