Then it's just like plugging in a light to a power point/ GPO. No need for an electrician apart from the initial install of the plug socket. Get a sparky to install a switch in the correct location and a GPO socket where the transformer will need to go. If you are replacing an existing outdoor light and using the same switch you only need the GPO socket installed in the right location and connected to the existing wiring.
