Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Feb 09, 2015 6:52 am We recently built our home with Metricon and opted to buy and get our own tiler to lay our tiles to save money (big mistake as we ended up saving nothing!) We bought the white polished tiles from Beaumont. The tiler was nice enough to come and buff and apply a wax remover and took him 4hrs (It's a big 47 sq house) After a month of daily cleaning with a steam mop or just water and vinegar it still does not stay clean for more than 1/2 hr! I believe it's due to that damn waxy coating still not budging. I imagine there would be loads of people have the same sort of grief. Please help!
