Now I've got plenty of time to see the artistic value in LEGAL graffiti, and it can make the concrete jungle look a bit more humane, but why the hell to these a-holes need to deface private property with a simple 3 letter patterned tag that looks disgusting? So my question is.... 1, How can is successfully remove it from the bricks with a minimal amount of residual staining. I was going to try thinners, but that will probably only wash it deeper into the bricks, and spread the stain. 2. Are there any products that won't kill the grass & surrounding gardens when washed off the wall? Rendering the wall is out of the question - there's way too much of it, and the bricks match the house. The other problem will be the 'blank canvas' invitation once rendered....... Having a signwriter in the family, I know all about Graffiti-Clear & other prevention coatings, which we have on the front part of our fence, but it's too late for the bricks. Graffiti-Busters and the like - might not be too expensive. Our office gets tagged every now and then - but the coucil has retirees with paint rollers who paint over it within days and they do it for free Trick is get rid of it quickly - that's the best deterrent.
