Find a piece of plasterboard the same thickness as your ceiling (probably 10mm) and using your 90mm hole saw, drill a hole in it and keep the hole. Back block the existing 90mm hole with an offcut of plasterboard and then using the 90mm disc, glue this disc into the existing hole. Once the glue has set (leave it a couple of days) flush it and then you can then drill a new 70mm hole in it. Your main challenge is getting the plasterboard adhesive in small quantities. The smallest bags that I have seen of professional type adhesive/flushing compound are 10kg. It is a drying compound not a chemically setting compound. I have found it is not strong enough to repair holes. My preference is the chemically (fast setting) compound however each to his own.
