Not sure how those things sit in there. Do they just pull out or are they screwed in somehow? My friend who owns the oven said all the power in the house tripped out when it happened then noticed the oven not working Could be a blown fuse at the fuse box to? Lower the door down and there should be a couple of screws through the oven frame into the surrounding panel. Then you can slide it out but unless you are a sparky and know what you are doing.....
