Road base (compacted) underneath and mortar was used to secure each paver in place. The issue is now that all the pavers are laid and stones in place, they seem to be quite wobbly and rocky when u walk on them. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to fix this problem? Looking for a solution preferrably that doesn't require us to pull them all up and re-lay We were thinking sand or some mortar between the pavers to keep them from rocking, but just not sure if it will work and would like a avoid wasting time.
