How bad is this and what's the best way going about fixing it. The columns don't seem to bear any weight of the beam that runs across the top of them due to a small air gap between the beam and the top of the column which allows the bricks to be moved slightly. I was thinking of cementing or builders bogging behind the bricks then running an anchor through the column into the outer wall but if there's a better way please let me know.
