Hi everybody,
Hopefully I have found the right section for this. I have always loved the idea of a bed canopy (with curtains) however don't want a new bed and we have ensembles.
In the main room (which we intend to be ours) there is a fan in the smack middle of the room. and I want to create the bed canopy look. the basic way I have found, is two curtain rods.. erected from the roof, but unsure how to do this with the placement of the fan.
I would just move the bed, but we are closing in one door way and opening up another area for a new door to be placed, so where the bed is.. kind of has to stay. It isn't the whole fan that it would block, it's only about half.
Anybody got any ideas?

Assuming the structure of your cabinetry is good then I would DIY everything as follows: - replace your counter tops entirely, - replace all drawer runners with soft close…

Re my second point – yes exactly. And often it may take additional time if the manufacturer recommends no more than X meters…
