It pretty much flows down the window and all over the carpet. I've installed a few extra downpipes from the roof but it is still not enough and I've just learnt that they're illegal so I am covering them up again . I have building insurance with CommInsure, do you think I could get them to fix the issue, which will be significantly cheaper than calling a contractor to fix the issue. EDIT: Just to make it clear, water is somewhat entering the roof space and probably pooling up there as well during major storms.
