Hi All
Hoping for some assistance with the below
We seem to have a watercourse under our home and is worse during rain. The crawl space under a split level home is taking water against the retaining wall which is the bottom level.
It is pooling a lot and I keep taking it out but obviously keeps coming back, I cant get started on fixing the issue while it is still damp and wet.
I need to remove the water, so I have dug a larger hole into the corner of the besser bricks to try and collect the water which it is doing to well...
Any advice on how to get it out, I assume a sump pump that can do dirty water would do but I also need to work out a way to capture it and fix the problem so the house doesnt smell like a mould pit.
Any ideas or who is the best person/trade to have this issue sorted. Would need to dig a big trench to below the footings I would guess and then install a drainage system. I have rung around and cant seem to find the right tradie to do it.
Cheers
