Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Apr 24, 2012 12:25 am Hi, So I ordered some new vertical blinds in a white colour. Being in a hurry as I'm due to give birth I didn't get samples. It is for two places - a window and a sliding door area. Anyways I got the lightest colour and it is a bit too white. I should have gone more for the off white colour as our walls / trims are all antique white USA. Due to budget issues I can't replace it again and was thinking to paint them. They are a fabric 100% polyster vertical slats. Has anyone painted it? My SIL painted hers a long time ago once when she wanted to change the colour. Would I use a brush or roller or spray paint? I actually have a huge amount of trim paint in a semi gloss from the trims in antique white USA leftover that I'd love to be able to use somehow. In the future I'd like to replace the blinds anyways so if it only lasts a few years that's OK. Thanks in advance!
