I have this leak since earlier this year that the builder said is not part of the warranty since it's non structural. They didn't even want to check it out. I have since called a roofer (Weribee Roofing) but they couldn;t fix it and told me it looks like it's leaking from the hot water solar panel installed by the builder and they're the one who should fix it. Is this true? I'm not happy with the roofer either, I basically paid them for something that's not fixed. They did come a few times trying to fix it but still no good and now they refused to come again if I'm not paying more. I appreciate the effort but still irresponsible to me - not recommended. Thanks heaps in advance for any responses!
