When using/draining cold water there is no sound. Is it cracking/leaking? or just contacting? I havn't noticed any water mark/damage down stairs so far. don't really bother to fix if it's only contacting Really appriciate if any suggestion or help Thanks Could be movement of the pipes in the wall... hot water expands the pipes and the make a similar sound to ticking or dripping.
