Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Jan 16, 2011 9:40 am HI everyone, hoping someone out there may possibly have solution.. i live on the first floor of a small apartment development( 6 apartments) For the past 7 to 10 months ive had water leaking into the living area from the outside balcony....this water is seeping in somewhere from the screed...the developer has resealed , recaulked the balcony and at one point resleeved the pvc downpipe at the join thru the screed....i myself believe this downpipe has again failed..the developer is insisting that it is no longer his problem though the building is stilll under 7 year warranty and the body corp is not interested in the problem either..any one have any ideas......cheers", ps can the body corp be forced to act??? Re: water problem..needs repairing 3Jan 16, 2011 9:54 am hi..no photo of the outdoor balcony..unbelievable as it may sound but there is no visible damage ....tiles are all intact , none have lifted or cracked...and no sign of any water damage....
