Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Dec 29, 2010 3:03 pm The swimming pool company has just laid our tiles and did not clean them off properly - tiler said to just hose tiles off but this did not remove the white haze. Pool company is now on holidays for 3 weeks and we need to seal our tiles. Can any one please tell me what to use to the clean the tiles? Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. Hope this helps Glenn Re: removing grout haze off new tiles. 3Jan 05, 2011 11:07 am When we had our floor tiles laid in our pevious home, the tiler recommended moping them with hot water and white vinegar, as the vinegar lifts the excess grout dust and leaves your tiles with a nice shine. This was for "ceramic tiles".
