The specific question is if the bathroom isn't sealed properly on the second floor and water leakage could start very slowly and take years to notice that it may occur. My mother has a 20 year old home where this occurs and is this too long ago for her to have any home of any warranty or insurance applying? Thanks heaps in advance if anyone can help answer this.
