You mentioned in another post that your house is a 1978 house. Where in Perth were they building with weather boards in 1978? Seriously, you don't sound like a particularly handy man. If you really do have a paint problem I'm sure the experts at your local paint shop can give you the advice you seek. Sorry if I sound harsh but your Q's just don't sound legit. Not sure about you but I tend to to hang my clothes out in clear skies not rainy I'd be very wary of such a product.
