Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Sep 29, 2010 6:34 am Hi Everyone, The exterior of our house (once the extension is finished) will be blue board which we will then paint with a "render-looking" paint. I can't for the life of me remember the names of the brands but hopefully some of you will know what I am talking about. To save costs we will be painting the house and I was wondering if any of you have used this type of paint before and whether there is anything we should be aware of (pitfalls etc). We were looking at using it for an internal brick wall in our place but it would have been too costly. So we decided to render the wall ourselves and paint it.
