I haven't treated the markings with anything yet (there are about 4 x 4" long lines). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Xylene is a dangerous chemical so protect yourself with safety goggles, neoprene gloves and a suitable mask or ensure the area is well ventilated. Re: Help; How do I remove texta from a cordroy type lounge s 5Sep 26, 2010 10:47 am And whatever you use, work from the edge of a stain (or end in the case of a line) in toward the middle, always pushing the stain towards itself and use absolutely the minimum solvent you can. Do it in several goes rather than using more solvent in one hit. Good luck! She had bought some spot remover made by Warwick Fabrics. As our lounge suite was covered in a Warwick fabric, we tried it and it worked a treat.
