Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Sep 19, 2010 11:15 pm We're both admittedly not handymen, and would hate to stuff up a job involving shiny new plaster...... Last week we bought 2 x towel rails (doubles), 2 x hand towel rings and 2 x toilet roll dispensers - and now we'd like to see if any good hearted Home 1'ers would like to spend a short amount of time installing them for us !!! We're happy to hand over a small amount for your time (or a slab if that works !!!)...we just want someone who's done it before (or is a tradesman) that could do the job properly. Located in Lyndhurst (south east Melbourne) - details once everyone's happy. Please PM us. Re: Can you help installing towel/hand rails - Melbourne ? 3Sep 20, 2010 11:32 am D@n, we thought we'd ask the forum first...the other options are next in line. I'd just hate to get it wrong after only being in 2 weeks ! Re: Can you help installing towel/hand rails - Melbourne ? 4Sep 20, 2010 12:38 pm there's those hire a hubby franchises around too... Re: Can you help installing towel/hand rails - Melbourne ? 5Sep 20, 2010 3:43 pm Another option is to see if you can grab a tradie (probably a chippy) from another house site and see if they can pop in when they finish for the day. I'm yet to meet a tradie that will knock back a slab for 10 mins work. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
